Exteriors shall be constructed of all natural materials such as, stone, brick, cedar, Hardi Plank or other suitable natural materials.  Aluminum and vinyl siding are prohibited.
Roofing shall be cedar, tile, slate, or three-dimensional asphalt or fiberglass shingles with a minimum 30-year shingle.  All chimneys to be full masonry or veneer of brick or stone.
All garage doors shall be located on side elevations.
Outbuildings up to 500 sq. ft. similar in design and materials as the residence.
Minimum front set back shall be 100 feet from the right of way.
At present, annual association fee of $200.
Each lot owner to install a mailbox as approved by association.
Town of Cedarburg provides street and bike path maintenance, snow removal and trash pick-up.
Well and septic disposal system installation by Buyer.
On-site water source for fire safety.
The covenants are available upon request.  In case of conflict, the covenants shall prevail.
